e...em...emerge!
It was simply awesome for me to attend the 2nd day of the EMERGE conference on Wednesday. I am now deeply regretful that I was not part of CHC much earlier in my youth.
I saw with my own eyes, so many young people were CRAZY for God Almighty and laying their lives on the altar, all knees down, all souls bared.
I love the closing ROCK song of the Talentime event. Hardly anyone was stationary. Singers were jumping to the groovy tune. Dancers were breakdancing to the rhythm. The energy up on stage was limitless, as was the spontaneous enthusiasm of the crowd. It seemed like the PRAISE to God was never-ending!
There was an unmistakable aura of confidence and gungho-ness in the youths, whose lives being placed in God’s hand are greatly CHANGED!
One of the greatest climaxes of the youth conference was how God worked within the many young people in the hall that day. The Holy Spirit moved freely and the spirit of liberty flowed in the room. People were singing the worship songs right out of their hearts with just a mere soft whisper, but the presence of God was so loud and intense, infiltrating into my skin, my pores, my brain, my bones, my life.
The POWERFUL message from Pst Kong was to surrender our lives totally to Him. This will enable us to stretch ourselves beyond our normal capacity, and to maximise our usual potential! We must always depend on God's provisions. When he pleaded with us not to waste our lives away and lose our calling by mere foolishness, i simply broke down. There is only ONE CHANCE, and if you don't grab it, it will die away...all the dreams and aspirations will fade...your calling will be gone...do not ever ever ever ever ever let this happen...This is truly my revelation, my rhema for this season!
I am more determined not to live a meaningless and purposeless life. I want to shine for Jesus, no matter how long it will take to prove my worth!!!
