more than words

a few days ago,
when i spoke to an aerospace engineer, he said the word "synergy".
i haven't heard that word for a long time, and it clung in my brain like blu-tack to a cement wall.

when i spoke to a civil servant, she said "cooperation".
when i spoke to an english teacher, he said "mutual effort".
when i spoke to a politician, he said "alliance".
when i spoke to a scientist, he said "fusion".
when i spoke to a musician, she said "harmony".
when i spoke to a businessman, he said "partnership".
when i spoke to a newly-wed, they said "union".

i say, how about - "cahoots"? hehehe.
